📣 We have moved! All of the most up-to-date information on WebPT Products can be found in its new home on WebPT Discover.

Publish Overview

In the Publish section, you can proactively create posts and publish them to a variety of directories, including Google and Facebook. These posts could be announcements for events, like a workshop, or letting people know a particular location is closed for a remodel.

  1. Click the Locations tab.
  2. Click on the location that you want to connect to publish to.
  3. Navigate to the Publish tab of the clinic
  4. If you have already published content, you will be taken straight to the overview, where your contributions are sorted chronologically by publication date.
  5. You can save posts as templates and share them with other users. Saved templates are displayed on top of the publish tab, in a section called Template library.
  6. To publish a new article, click the Create new button.
  7. On the dialogue page, you can first specify what kind of post you are creating. For example, would you like to announce an open house or a company anniversary? Or do you want to share a special offer? Or do you want to create a Question and Answer on Google
  8. If you manage multiple clinic locations, you can select all the locations where you would like your content to be published.
  9. Now select where your post should be published.
  10. Write a headline and the text of your contribution. In the Content field, you can also upload an image by clicking on the camera icon.
  11. Enter the link of the website to which your potential customers should be directed. For news, enter the date of publication or, for offers, the period for which the offer is valid. This would also be a great place for a link to your WebPT Reach landing page
  12. In the preview on the right, check if everything is correct and then click on Post. Your contribution will be published instantly on the selected platforms
  13. If you set a publication date out in the future, you will see it under Previously published. Where you can view the scheduled publication details and edit or remove the post.

Save as Template

You can save any post you make as a template, that can be used from the Template library. Clicking Save as Template will immediately create a template. When you hover over the template with your cursor, you will see the View and the delete options.

Share Template

Turn-on Share Template if you want your template to be public and shared with other users. Turn-off if you want to keep it private and just visible to you.
