Connect an Existing Facebook Unofficial (unmanaged) Page

If you need to connect a location that exists yet is unclaimed, you must first claim the page through Facebook. 

A Facebook Page may exist for your business even if someone from your business didn’t create it. For example, when someone checks into a place that doesn't have a Page, an unmanaged Page is created to represent the business location.

Once you have claimed the page, you can begin the connection process Connect an existing Facebook company page managed by you.
