Account Dashboard Overview

For accounts with multiple clinic locations, the Account Dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of all your locations online performance. You can:

  • Monitor the current reputation of your clinics.
  • Review notifications for actions that could improve your listings.
  • Analyze high-level trends to identify potential issues or wins.

Use the account Dashboard as a starting point to gauge the direction of your clinic's online performance and determine actions you can take to positively influence it.

Navigation Bar

Using the navigation bar on the left, you can manage the different attributes that make up your online presence.

Menu

Under your username at the top-right corner of the window, you’ll find the Settings menu, FAQ page, and the Logout button.

The megaphone icon provides a news feed stream informing you of the latest app features as soon as they’re released.

Listing Status Row

In the three box row at the top of the dashboard, you’ll see an overview of your listings’ status, along with what actions you can take to improve your listings, such as updating clinic information (i.e., missing opening hours). You can also see how WebPT Local has improved your listings with Duplicate Deletion.

Profile Completeness: Shows the percentage completion of the data that makes up your location’s information. You’ll also receive alerts about critical information that is missing from your profile.

You’ll want this as complete and robust as possible to ensure you're putting the right information out into the directory listings.

Notifications here link you to the Locations tab where you can address any needed updates that can improve performance.

Listings show you a count of all your locations that currently have up-to-date listings (Listing in sync) versus those that are in the sync process (Listings being updated).

The Number of fields in sync displays a total number of fields where the location data in the online directories are in sync with your location’s profile.

If there are issues with the sync, Locations requiring sync will highlight them. Links here direct you to the Locations tab (filtered for Sync and Contract Status) where you can see additional details for any alert.

Duplicate deletion: shows a running list of duplicates that have been located and deleted.

A duplicate is any inaccurate location data being hosted in online platforms. If WebPT Local cannot correct (close) a duplicate because it is not within its distribution network or it doesn’t have permission to, then it will suppress (hide) it to avoid negative effects on your search result rankings.

Activity Feed

The column to the right of the dashboard shows important activity taken by the WebPT Local platform, reviews made by the public, and listing web traffic.

Clicking on a link takes you to the corresponding location menu where you can see additional details regarding the specific online activity.

What is happening with your online listings?

You can review high-level trends on important web metrics – giving you a quick and accurate way to determine if everything is running fine or if something needs your attention.

The trend widgets default to showing results for all locations. However, you can narrow down to specific locations and choose the date range using the available filters. An Excel file is available to download If you would like a more in-depth look into the data.

You can filter dashboard metrics by location name, address, location ID, and label. Pay attention to the location results count just under the filter search, to see what locations the data is associated with.
