Locations Overview Page
The Locations tab is available to Location and Account Managers who manage multiple clinic locations. This page provides a high-level overview of important metrics and action items for your locations. Get acquainted with the robust filtering options to drill down to specific locations by name, by account, or other factors. Toggle back and forth between the list view and the map view, and pay special attention to the Missing data column of the list view as it indicates whether any of your locations require action on your part.
To get to the Locations tab, see the left side menu and click Locations.
Search
In the Locations page, you’ll find the Search feature, which you can use to quickly get high-level information for a specific location.
Filters
There are four filtering options which allow you to sort for specific listings based on account, their sync status, contract end time, and Google or Facebook connection status.
- Account: Use when you only want to see listings for a specific account.
- Sync Status: Choose from All, Synced, Sync never started, or requires new sync statuses.
- Contract Status: Select from the contract statuses of Active, Inactive, Canceled, Closed, or select a date range in which contracts expire.
- Directory Connection Status: View your listings based on the status of their respective Google My Business or Facebook accounts.
View
The view option allows you to toggle from the default list view of your location’s overviews to displaying your location’s pinned on a map.
Location Name and Identifier
This column lists all locations with online profiles managed through WebPT Local.
You’ll see the Location ID (i.e., L: 4048) under the clinic name if you are integrated with WebPT Reach. The column to the right of each location’s name shows their address.
Clicking the name of a location takes you to the specific location’s profile, where you can review and edit the locations information.
Contract Status
Each location displays a contract status using one of the indicator colors described below.
Active: Location up and running, being sync-checked and updated regularly. Billed as per product plan. Will automatically renew (if not canceled the latest before the last day of contract).
Inactive but still billed: Location has been set to inactive before the official end of the contract, location is no longer synced nor updated but still billed till the end of the contract.
Inactive and not billed: No longer active location, location is no longer synced nor updated, and not billed either.Canceled: Location up and running, sync-checked and updated regularly. Billed as per product plan until the end of the contract. Will not automatically renew. Will be set to inactive after the end of the contract.
Closed: The location is permanently closed. The location is no longer active, is not sync-checked or updated and not billed.
Directories
This column displays a count of how many online directories (i.e. Foursquare, Waze) your profile is being distributed to versus how many are in sync. In the example below, we see 10 out of the 14 directories are in sync.
Clicking a link here takes you to the Location Directories section of the selected clinic.
Profile completeness
Here is a quick view of how far you are in filling out key profile information. The lower the percentage on a profile, the more room to improve the online presence of that listing.
Clicking the percentage link takes you to the location’s individual Dashboard. From here, you can get an overview of your profile completeness with tips for what you can update and links to the sections where you can enter the needed information.
Missing Data
This section highlights critical missing data points, such as a phone number, email, and Google or Facebook accounts.
Clicking a link here takes you to the location’s profile or directory, so you can take action to complete the missing data.
The corresponding field on the location page will be marked with a red dot.
Posts
Here you will see any posts that have been pushed out from WebPT local to directories such as Google, Facebook or any directory that accepts posts from WebPT Local.
Clicking a link here takes you to the location’s Publish section where you can edit, cancel, or create a new posting.
Average Rating
An at-a-glance view of the average rating based on aggregated data for the specific location.
Clicking the rating takes you to the location’s Dashboard where you can take a better look at what makes up the score.
Total Number of Reviews
Here is a total count of reviews that have come in for each location, based on the aggregated data of all directories.
Clicking the reviews link takes you to the location’s Dashboard, where you can see more data on the reviews your getting.
Profile Suggestions
This feature looks across the different online directories to identify images, phone numbers, and other pieces of information that can be used to help complete the profile.
Clicking the icon here takes you to the location’s Profile Suggestion, where you can review the system recommendations.
Sync
This column lets you know the last time the location was synced. Helpful in making sure the latest changes to your profile are synced to the online directories. Remember: these dates are in the European style, which list day first. The date listed below is May 9th, 2019.
